The Deacons act as counsellors and assistants to the Pastor, advance the general interests of the church family and are nominated and elected to be the spiritual leaders of The United Baptist Church for internal ministries and outreach to the community.

The Board of Management is the administrative arm of The United Baptist Church. It is composed of the chairs of each standing committee plus the Director of Christian Education, the Church Clerk, Assistant Church Clerk, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, General Superintendent of the Sunday School and the Deacons Board. The Board meets regularly to receive committee, financial and Deacons Board reports.
